There has been a great deal of interest in REDCap software courses among medical students, scientists and researchers. Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is a web-based application to capture data for clinical research and create databases and projects. In 2019 there have been a total of 8 courses about REDCap, 5 held in Tallinn and 3 in Tartu. The Clinical Research Center in cooperation with the Doctoral School of Clinical Medicine has educated medical researchers at the North Estonia Medical Centre, Tallinn Children’s Hospital, University of Tartu and Tartu University Hospital.

The courses are funded by the Regional Fund of the European Union (Tartu University’s ASTRA project PER ASPERA).
